This might very well have been the consensus of those attending a workshop sponsored by the National Cultural Foundation on January 23, 2008 at the Dining Club. Despite the many issues which still had to be ironed out it was clear that those present were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
EASTMOND PARRIS Business Solutions recognises the importance of the cultural/creative industries to Barbados and attended this session to learn about the technical side of the industry but also to engage in dialogue, give advice and suggestions where possible. The meeting was a success! It was agreed that a Guild should be formed in order to pursue the interests of the industry.
